Depending on your schedule and study style, we offer curriculum designed and tailored to meet each individuals’ needs by experienced professional BIRYU trainers.


Lessons will be conducted according to the contents of the “BIRYU-Program” below (60 minutes and up).

In addition, you can “BIRYU-Adjustment” as an option after the lesson.
Please contact us first to reserve the time for the first lesson.

  • * It will be a one-on-one lesson between the instructor and the client.
  • * We will introduce you to the most suitable instructor for your needs or you can also choose an instructor yourself.
  • * Male customers are only accepted with a referral from one of our current members.

Bringing “awareness to your body” BIRYU uses a unique stretch training method.
It works on sources of pain and anxiety such as “bad posture” and “not losing weight”. It aims to help you attain the healthy and beautiful body that you desire.

Through the following programs, we uncover “bad habits for the body” in occupational related movements and day-to-day movements and replace them with good habits.
Recurring injuries and misalignments can be improved.

You can freely choose and take the desired BIRYU program.

We recommend to take lessons from the one-starred program, which make a gradual change in your body smoothly and comfortably.

It consists of simple movements, but stimulate almost all joints in your body and improve your body’s circulation.

This program is configured with stretching that softens the joints and muscles to make your blood flow every corner of the body, so you look lively and full of energy.

In the second half of the program, we practice 6 kinds of exercises which correct your habit on a daily basis.
