1Get to know your body through Japanese 美流-BIRYU-® method
BIRYU is an exercise that uses a unique “self-manipulative method” to loosen, stretch, and nurture the body.
Since there is no movement that puts a burden on the body,
you can take classes with peace of mind and enjoyment, regardless of age or gender, pregnant women * or those with injuries or chronic illnesses *.* If you have a chronic illness, please take it after getting permission from your doctor for light stretching / exercise.
The more you do the exercise, the more you can feel your body is regaining its function.
Hope you experience the class that your body has never felt before.
All classes will be semi-private sessions with 1–6 students.
It is said that no matter how good the instructor is, he/she can only identify habits, make corrections, give a spot-on advice for up to 10 people in on lesson. It means when there are 20 people and everyone is doing the exercise incorrectly, the instructor will only be able to carefully explain to only half of the class.
Basically only a few selected sudents would benefit from the class.
If you want to get results quickly, it is ideal to take one-on-one private lessons that can put all the instructor’s attention on you, but since the student limits of our classes are only up to 6, the instructor will be able to give their full attention to you and convey information that you need to know to improve the conditions of your body.
Classes are held from 1 person, so if you are lucky enough, you can take a luxurious one-on-one lesson with your teacher for the price of group lesson!

①Upon enrollment, we will create a “physical record” to track progress and achieve all of your goals.
- □ Body check (Detailed diagnosis of skeleton, muscles, joint habits and distortions, exercise habits, etc. that cause injuries and illnesses)
- □ By counseling with the instructor in charge, it is possible to create a more realistic and goal-based physical improvement plan.
②Your “physical record” will evolve with each lesson you take.
At each lesson, the instructor will check dozens of items based on
- □ Current state of body such as skeletal distortion, joint flexibility, muscle balance, etc.
- □ Identification of habits that lead to injuries and malfunctions, and distortion caused by movement, biased usage
- □ Teaching approach to each student during the lesson
- □ Changes in skeletal position, flexibility, and muscle strength during and after the lesson
- □ Confirmation for their level of understanding and accuracy of students’ self correction
“Individual instruction content” and “individual body condition” are recorded every time.
We are thoroughly discussing how to make better and faster improvements.
At BIRYU, all instructors know the condition of your body, so no matter which lesson you take, you will receive the best guidance for your level.
4Take a class at your own pace with no waste subscriptions!
Our service is good value for money because you pay for lessons with a monthly payment plan and you can take any class from your course. The unused lessons can carry over to one year.
For example, if in January 2022, you had a contract for a 4 lessons per month but were only able to take 2 lessons then the unused 2 lessons can be carried over to December 2022.
This means you don’t have to worry about missing class and suffer a loss for a year!
Basically, we recommend that you attend once a week, but even busy people can take lessons comfortably or intensively at their own pace.
