Things to bring and wear<\/span><\/h4>\r\n
\r\n

Wear:
Any outfit that fits your body and easy to move is OK.
The following are suitable:
\u25c6Outfits that don’t hurt your body when lying on the floor
\u25c6Pants that you can easily bend down and do the splits.<\/p>\r\n

*Anything which is contrary to public order or morality is not allowed in the class (like hotpants).<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

What to bring\/prepare:
\u25c6Something to drink like water (it is absolutely necessary to prevent from dehydration in all seasons)
\u25c6Large towel to wipe off the sweat and\/or, lay it on the floor in place of yoga mat, as needed during stretch)<\/p>\r\n

\u3010for cliants taking a Ballet class\u3011
\u25c6Ballet shoes or socks(it’s okay to dance on barefoot, too!)<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
