Was able to move in a way I thought impossible!
I will be celebrating this year. I work on my own, and most of the time I traveled by car, I lacked exercise. Three years ago, my acquaintance changed his body shape so cleanly that I asked him how to get such a figure, and after he was convinced, he immediately introduced me to the classroom and participated. For about a year, I only took lessons once a week seriously, but from that time on, my consciousness changed. I had a broken ankle 10 years ago, and I couldn’t do the same pose, so I gave up halfway. I have been aware that my body has changed and something has changed for me. Instead of expecting an immediate effect I feel that it will be effective if the advice given by the teacher during the lesson naturally comes to mind over time.It’s been three years now, and I’m very happy with the poses I thought I couldn’t do. I will continue to do my best with gratitude for being able to move with a smile and health.

I was really sensitive to the cold, but it has been improved!

Since I was a junior high school student, my body was stiff and I was injured.
After I turned 30, my fingertips and toe get cold. When I got a cramp in my neck during medical treatment, I started taking lessons by my friend. So my neck have recovered and my body haven’t found cold anymore, so I can wear skirt in the winter.
While learning the correct posture and how to relax every week, I have come to be aware that I put pressure on yourself in my daily life.
The appeal of learning Untechnique is that the neck area and my stomach become slim during continue to practicing.
From the perspective of preventing from injuries and maintaining good health, I wanted to learn from elementary school age.

Compared to before, my body is flexible so much better that I looks like a different person.
There is no problem in daily life, but I couldn’t bend my body not at all when I do stretch.
Due to my posture in a wrong way, without realizing it, my body balance of left and right collapsed.
I thought I had to do stretch, 10,20 years flew by. years.
5 years ago, it’s the first time to take Untechnique,I felt “it’s quite different from other stretch(ex. yoga, Tai Chi..)” and “Not only I can become flexible, but I would be able to body readjustment”.
I kept taking lessons by my own pace, like once a week or taking off from lessons for half month.
People who know the first stiff body are said to have become softer like another person,It is still evolving and becoming more human.
However, to correct the joints have hardened after all, and the displaced frame little by little, in the process, sometimes prolonged pain or sprained my part was hurt when opening the legs for several months, there are some individual differences in how to improve the body.
But when I realize that it is correcting your body now, I’m looking forward to “finally moving”.
If you can move your body in the correct posture, your metabolism will naturally improve.The lymphatic flow has become smoother and the body has tightened.
I can not only stretch, but also build muscle in BIRYU Training and BIRYU Bootcamp ,aiming to prevent illness and rejuvenate.

I learned how to pay attentionevery corner of your body.
I started it just three years ago.
The reason was not kind of poor physical condition, but it was for my health.
But while I kept continuing the practice, I learned how to conscious of every corner of my body because my body condition changed everyday, the most of most everything, blood flow improves.
When I was moving to a higher course, trying to get pregnant, so after a harf month, I got pregnant.
During pregnancy, there was no trables but everyone said me that the body can’t get back to my pre-pregnancy weight.
After giving birth now, I can’t do stretch yet but got back to my pre-pregnancy weight, I’m fine and want to let my child take a lesson someday.
